- $25.00 non-refundable deposit required on reservations.
- Cancellation fee of balance of first night will be charged for all reservations cancelled within 7 days of reservation.
- Check out is at 11:00 A.M. or earlier.
- Office hours are 9:00a.m. - 9:00p.m. seven days a week.
- Reservations must be cancelled one week before date of stay.
- No pets of any kind allowed in the rooms.
